  Our family LOVES their pizzas! And we have eaten dozens of them over the past few years. People's makes both New York Thin and New England Crust (thicker). Half of our family prefers the thin, half prefers the thicker. Having lived in NYC, I can attest that the NY thin crust is true to form.
  There are a variety of specialty and signature pizza's. The signature "Lasagna Pizza" (ricotta, sliced meatball, marinara, mozzarella) is the most delicious pizza I have EVER tasted! I get it on the thicker crust and it's my go-to pizza, consistently delicious every time! Equally amazing, that my son and husband devour, is the signature "Piggly Wiggly Pizza" (like a meat lovers -it has pepperoni, bacon, sausage, mozzarella). We have ordered this adding meatball to it - even better! What we like most about People's pizzas, is that they're generous with their toppings, they cover the entire pizza.
  We have another son who is a finicky eater and he consistently enjoys the signature "Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza" (hamburger, bacon, tomato, mozzarella). He also says their burgers are excellent, served on a thick brioche bun, that he orders with curly fries. We can also give a nod to the calzones - they are yummy!
  People's has excellent carry out prices and specials. We utilize delivery frequently, and it has ALWAYS been as stated, usually faster than expected, always within 1/2 hour of placing a large order during dinner time - even in inclement weather! Furthermore, I've interacted with several different drivers -they've always been courteous and the food arrives HOT!
  People's is conveniently located on Iron Horse Blvd., directly across the street from the park and performing arts center in Simsbury. You can bring your little one(s) to the park and then walk over to People's for lunch or dinner. During the summer months when concerts occur at the outdoor Performing Arts Center, you can either pick up food and carry it over to take in some music or attend the concert and cross the street for a casual, impeccably clean atmosphere to enjoy pizzas, grinders, burgers, wraps, salads, or simply to have a drink.
  I highly recommend People's, whether you want to order online and have your food delivered to your home for free, carry out, or dine in.

  Ordered again from Peoples Choice. The manager, who boasted that he knows everything and can do everything perfectly because he's been working for a whole TWO years, proceeded to tell us that the photos I've added displaying a steak and cheese grinder, with extra meat, and the side French fries were done properly so he wasn't going to help us.
  
  Apparently charging $4.00 for 1.5x, not even double, the meat as he said equates to having barely any meat on the end pieces of the grinder and having hardly any cheese on it as well.
  
  And as the fries go, both were the hand cut fries, one had seasoning. And the quantities as you can see are obviously different.
  
  But, this manager refused to give the owners name because working at People's Choice in Simsbury means, at least according to his own ego, that he is a Michelin rated chef and never does any wrong.
  
  But if you want to be yelled at by a chain restaurant "manager" and have to deal with the type of disrespect that deserves no place in the service industry, then order from this restaurant.

  Meatball grinder was awful. Chunks of something clear and hard in the meatballs. The guy working who took the order I paid for it with was really nice. The staff is the only thing this place has going for it by a long shot.

  Peoples Choice used to be my go to for cheap and quick pickup. Their food has always been frozen, low quality, but consistent. $10 for pickup a large pizza.
  However I recently called and placed an order for a 12" philly cheesteak, and one 16" pepperoni pizza. The total came to over $35 dollars! Who are you kidding? Noone here.
  
  You cant sell frozen, cheap pizza for $20+ for a measly 16" pizza. Let alone $18 for a freaking philly cheese steak.
  
  What planet am I on? Just because your storefront is new doesnt give you the ability to charge triple for the same quality food. Good luck with that.

  Ordered online At 7:21pm.  Showed up to pick up a x large pepperoni pizza at 7:35 and it hadn't even been put in oven yet.  There was 1 table occupied in entire restaurant and 8 people in bar.  There were a lot of delivery orders but it still should not take 50 minutes to get 1 pepperoni pizza.  It makes it worse when I can see horseplay in the kitchen area, and all the servers are standing around eating or rolling silverware.  I LOVE the pizza from here but this was a terrible experience.  When I finally asked for my pizza it was brought right out to me and was no longer hot, so I don't even know how long it was sitting, waiting to be brought out.  Very dissatisfied with the level of service.
